Sunday morning extra: Smoked Salmon on Corn Cakes

This simple combination makes a wonderful quick breakfast, or is a sophisticated addition to a gluten-, dairy- and egg-free brunch.

Ingredients
Smoked Salmon
Lemon Juice
Capers
Minced parsley
Minced onions
Corn cakes

Directions
Layer salmon on corn cake and sprinkle with lemon juice and your preference of capers, parsley and onions. Enjoy!
